Gender Affirming Clearance Letters
Gender-affirming surgeries are procedures that help align physical characteristics with a person's gender identity, categorized into top (chest), bottom (genital), and facial/body contouring procedures.
We do not provide this letter to one-time visits. We only complete this letter for established clients.
If you have in-network health coverage this letter would be part of your regular session as paperwork we would complete and there is no charge to you unless you have a co-pay with your plan.
If you are paying as a self-pay for your visits, you will also be an established client and would pay for the self-pay rate listed on our Services section. This session would be longer than a regular one hour as more time is needed to move through the contents of the report.
